About

Hello, foodies!

How would you like to save time and money?

If yes, stay with me, I’m going to tell you how to make your life much easier.

Do you like cooking? If the answer is yes, great! If no, well, sorry to disappoint you but you need to eat at least twice a day so, unless you don’t mind filling your body with food that contains lots of calories but little nutritional value, that are high in sugar and salt, you better start cooking.

About Food and Quote

Food and Quote is about 3 ingredient recipes, using 3 main ingredients (it goes from 1 to 4 but the majority is 3).

Because you need only a few ingredients, you do less food shopping and you will SAVE MONEY.

And because most of my recipes have a preparation time between 5 and 15 minutes: you will SAVE TIME.

About me

I’m Aurélie, by the sound of it you should already have guessed my origin but be prepared: I’m not just French, I have Breton blood! That’s why salted butter is a big part of my life. :)

I started this blog in 2016 when I was living in Italy and about one month after my baby was born. After 6 years of delicious Italian inspiration I moved to London in 2017.

I like writing and making fun of my new journey as a mum. By the way, I started a fun and slightly sarcastic family tale called #TheLobsterFamily, if you want to know more about it, check out my Instagram.

If you want to say hello or share your opinion/ideas you can find me on Facebook. I would love to hear from you!
