After 3 weeks of intense training (lots of fun and a bit of mess!), tasting various vegetables and fruits, I’m glad to recommend this highly nutritive and yet very easy recipe for baby. My little Lobster enjoyed it sooo much, I hope it can be helpful for someone else.

- ⇒ 5 mn prep + 10 mn cooking (including your meal!)
- frozen cod (1 portion: 2 forkful for baby, the rest for you)
- 1 small carrot
- 4 parsley leaves
Bring a pot of water to a boil. In the meantime, peel carrot and cut into slices.
Place carrots and cod in the boiling water and cook for about 8-10 minutes (check how soft are the carrots and if needed, allow to cook 2-3 more minutes depending on how big you cut them).
Take 2 big forkful of cod and place it in the blender with carrots, parsley and two teaspoons of cooking water. It should be chopped thinly but NOT reduced to purée.
My advice: this baby meal is very easy to make, you can eat the remaining cod with a drizzle of lemon juice and a salad like I did, so you don’t have anything else to cook.
