This kiwi and tomato salad is kind of a revolution for me. Even when I was making it, I was still doubting how it would taste until I tried it, but it is definitely a winning combination!
Positive: Fresh, colourful, original and delicious.

In your pantry:
- evo oil
- salt, pepper
Wash tomato and cut into slices. Peel kiwi and cut into slices.
Serve in a plate, alternating tomato and kiwi slices. Pour a trickle of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
My advice: Perfect for Summer, you can eat this kiwi and tomato salad with mozzarella for a light meal or serve it as a side dish for a barbecue.
