Banana and kiwi verrines

How to make a last minute fancy dessert with just 3 ingredients? This banana and kiwi verrines recipe is your answer.

Positive: Easy, quick, cheap and beautiful. Sweet and sour as well.

Negative: There’s absolutely nothing wrong with this dessert!


Ingredients:

  • ripe banana
  • ripe kiwi
  • dark chocolate

Recipe:

In a small a verrine (or a small shot glass) place thin slices of banana to cover the bottom, then a slice of kiwi, then sprinkle some chocolate curls by using a vegetable peeler or knife to shave thin shavings from a block of chocolate. Repeat these steps until your glass is filled. Top with chocolate.

Serve immediately or place in fridge before to serve.
