3 main ingredients to make these delicious cinnamon biscuits, but you might as well already have all the ingredients at home so… why don’t you give it a try? Now.
Positive: Easy to make, super crunchy, light flavour of cinnamon, perfect for breakfast or tea time.
Negative: Next time I will add even more cinnamon for a more pronounced flavour.
Ingredients for about 18 biscuits:
- 60 g butter
- 60 g brown sugar
- 1 egg
In your pantry:
- 125 g flour
Recipe:
Mix flour and softened butter and crumble with your fingers.
Add sugar, cinnamon and the egg. Combine all the ingredients into a ball.
Leave in fridge for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Roll out dough on 5 mm and use a cookie cutter (or a small glass) to shape your biscuits.
Place them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and place in oven for about 15 minutes until biscuits are slightly golden.
My advice: Perfect for tea time!
