Wow, these caramelised pork ribs are like candies (if you like meat obviously). It’s a personal experiment and it went quite well!
Positive: Only 3 ingredients and 2 minutes of preparation.
Negative: Not as tender as when cooked in pressure cooker but much tastier.
- 5-6 pork ribs
- 4 tablespoons bbq sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
You must prepare the marinade the day before or in the morning.
Place ribs in a baking tray. Season with a bit of salt. Cover ribs with honey and bbq sauce.
Cover baking tray with an aluminium foil and leave in fridge for at least 12 hours.
Cook ribs in preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes. Just remember to take them out every 15 minutes to moisten them with the marinade and turn them.
My advice: These pork ribs are super tasty, honey and bbq sauce bring a sweet and smoked flavour.
