Positive: Gluten-free, delicious (it melts in your mouth) and super easy.
Negative: You must wait about 50 minutes to eat it. Sorry.
- 125 g dark chocolate
- 83 g butter
- 2 eggs
In your pantry:
- 67 g sugar
Melt chocolate and butter in microwave. Add sugar, eggs and combine all the ingredients using a fork. Pour mixture in a small baking pan previously buttered. Bake in oven at 100°C for about 50-55 minutes.
My advice: I used salted butter (only because I can’t live without it) but if you don’t have it I encourage you to add a good pinch of salt. Yummy!
