That’s the first 3 ingredients recipe that I tried (since I started my research).
Positive: It’s fun to make and it’s really elegant and original to present as a starter.
Negative: You need to find the right consistency while reducing vinegar otherwise sesame seeds won’t stick to the tomatoes.
Ingredients: 12 cherry tomatoes – 10 cl balsamic vinegar – 3 spoons sesame seeds
Heat vinegar in a pan on medium heat until it reduces and thickens like a syrup.
Put sesame seeds on a plate.
Place a toothpick into each tomato and dip half tomato in vinegar then roll it in sesame.
Leave them to harden on a plate and keep in fridge before to serve.
My advice: toast the seeds a few seconds in a pan (without oil) before.
