Creamy green pea soup

This green pea soup is absolutely perfect for a last minute dinner during the week.

Positive: Quick, tasty and light.

Negative: I can’t think of anything negative, it’s like the quickest and cheapest soup ever and it tastes awesome!

Ingredients: 200 g frozen green peas – 2 spoons of cream – a pinch of garlic powder


Cook peas in boiling water slightly salted.

Drain them and put them back in the pan. Add cream and garlic and some broth powder (optional). Using a hand blender, puree the ingredients until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.Β Top your soup with a dropΒ of cream if you like.

My advice: Serve with a cheese toast cut in half for a light and vegetarian dinner.
