A great and easy way to cook pumpkin.
Positive: Tasty! Pumpkin comes out tender and sweet.
Negative: You won’t have enough!
Ingredients for 2: half pumpkin (small) – 1 garlic clove – thyme – (1 spoon of honey – 1 spoon of evo oil – salt – pepper)
Preheat oven at 180°C.
Peel and cut pumpkin in cubes. Place them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Season with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, combine oil, honey, crushed garlic and thyme then pour over pumpkin cubes. If honey is not liquid enough place the bowl in microwave for a few seconds.
Bake in oven for about 20 minutes.
My advice: The base is with honey and oil but you can replace garlic and thyme by:
- other herbs of your choice
- sesame seeds
