Perfect last minute dessert! Not only the chocolate will melt but also the flesh of the banana itself.
Positive: Quick, easy, cheap, gluten-free, yummy.
Negative: It doesn’t look really nice.
Ingredients: ripe bananas – dark chocolate bar
Split banana with a knife (without cutting through the opposite side). I did it on top of the banana but you might prefer to do so on the side for more stability.
Fill the split with chocolate squares.
Place in oven at 100°C for about 15-20 minutes.
Eat with a spoon while it is hot.
My advice: There are only 2 ingredients but choose them wisely. If you buy cheap chocolate be sure you like its taste because a bad chocolate even melted is still a bad chocolate.
